Clinical Mat Pilates Class

Keen to learn how to access your core without too much equipment.  Clinical mat pilates may be for you.  With a maximum of 8 clients in each class, all sessions are run by either a clinical pilates trained physiotherapist or exercise physiologist.  

 

These classes offer a comprehensive workout that improves flexibility, builds core strength, and enhances overall body awareness. Led by skilled instructors, Mat Classes utilise classic pilates exercises adapted to the mat, creating a challenging yet accessible environment for participants of all fitness levels. Each class incorporates a blend of mat-based exercises, mindful breathing techniques, and progressive variations to engage and strengthen the entire body.

We focus on building glute strength, core control, improving flexibility and learning how to move your body without fear or pain. 

A clinical pilates assessment is required before class .

The Timetable

Anyone looking to move in a fun and supportive way,  with minimal equipment.   We love mat pilates,  as you learn more about your body and breath,  you can take your new exercises and knowledge of your body anywhere!

Our classes are limited to 6-8 attendees and are always physio led so you get plenty of individual attention and get the most out of your time in each session.

We structure the classes around your needs with the intention to help you get stronger incrementally. We don't expect you'll be able to do everything at once, rather you're strength will sneak up on you the more you attend.

Please note you must be able to get on and off the floor to attend this class.  If this is something not accessible to you, please get in touch with our team,  we also specialists in clinical pilates private and semi private classes, and strength & balance class,  which may be exactly what you are looking for to help you MOVE!

Please note class packs are nonrefundable,  no shows will also be charged. 

Class packs are valid for 3 months 

Classes may be  eligible for private health rebates - please check with your private health fund*

HICAPS codes utlised are Accredited Exercise Physiology EP502 or Physiotherapy Led Exercise PHY506
