Clinical Pilates led by Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists
Our small-group Clinical Reformer Pilates classes (maximum of 6 participants) are designed for those wanting a safe, supportive environment—whether due to past injury, pain, or lack of confidence with reformer equipment.
Led by experienced clinicians (physiotherapists and exercise physiologists), sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
1:1 assessments are essential prior to joining our group classes - this helps our clinicians understand your movement history and ensure exercises are safe and effective for you. Progress is tracked with strength, balance, and motor control testing every 6–8 weeks, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your body.
