Classes Individualised to Your Needs

At Move Sports Physiotherapy & Pilates we understand the value of moving regularly.    At Move we offer highly specialised and individualised group classes to help you get strong, confident and pain-free.  All our classes are run by expert physiotherapists and accredited exercise physiologists,  who are trained in helping people achieve their movement goals,  even if they are facing pain,  injury or have a complex past medical history.

If you struggle to complete regular exercise alone or lose your mojo when you start exercising, our classes at Move are for you.

You will experience :

  • A thorough initial assessment 

  • Clear home exercise program 

  • Strength and fitness testing every 6 weeks 

  • Individualised programing for your body and your needs

  • Progressions in your exercise program every 6 weeks to keep you moving forward and staying on track.  

  • Regular contact with physios and exercise physiologists to keep you on track
