Who will you learn from

Tom O'Halloran:

​

Tom specialises in the understanding of lower limb biomechanics related to movement and sports performance, running analysis, injury prevention, pre and post op. rehabilitation and strength & conditioning.
 
Aside from working within clinic, he also teaches courses on lower limb biomechanics and strength & conditioning to allied health professionals, works as a contractor physiotherapist to the Australian Defence Force, and is an assessor for the Australian Physiotherapy Council within the Musculoskeletal Expertise.

The Opportunities:

  • Full-time/Part-time/ Casual Clinicians  Physiotherapist & EP

  • Clinical Pilates Instructors (Accredited EPs, Physiotherapists- available for after hours appointments)

 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic clinician to join our team in a part-time/full-time roles, within a multi-disciplinary team in Geelong.  Including access to a Pilates studio – Cadillac, Wunda chair and reformers, plus consulting space, as well as strength and conditioning gym, weights and cardio equipment. 

​

The Roles:

 

  • Managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload: including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries

  • Focus on empowering clients and active rehab

  • The option of facilitating small group Pilates, balance, and strength classes.

 

Case Load:

 

We’ll support you in chasing your clinical passions. Currently, our caseload includes;

  • Musk/ Sports injuries,

  • Persistent pain clients looking to engage in active therapy: physio-led exercise – Clinical Pilates focus

  • Work assessments 

  • MS & progressive Neuro and Physiotherapy Led Exercise – currently Pilates-focused

  • Opportunity exists to be engaged in Group OA care, such as GLAD
