Shoulder & Neck Pain: She treats a wide range of shoulder and neck concerns, focusing on relieving pain, restoring movement, and building strength.
Hands-On Care: Isabel integrates trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and dry needling to reduce pain, release tension, and restore function.
Clinical Pilates: With advanced experience in Clinical Pilates, she creates tailored programs to build core control, stability, and confidence in movement.
Hypermobility: Isabel has a strong interest in hypermobility and helps clients manage pain, improve joint stability, and feel more secure in their bodies.
