Post surgical rehabilitation, including joint replacements, ACL, achilles
tendon and rotator cuff repairs.
Strength & conditioning, including athlete development and reconditioning
post injury.

Des adopts a holistic approach to physiotherapy, combining the most up-to-
date research with his background in strength and conditioning and remedial
massage.
Des prides himself on working collaboratively with clients of all levels to
create practical, personalised management plans that fit seamlessly into their
lifestyle and deliver lasting results.
A lifelong Geelong local and passionate athlete, Des understands firsthand how
pain and injury can impact training, performance, and daily life.
He’s committed to helping his clients return to the activities they love, feeling
confident, supported, and in control of their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Des practicing what he preaches, whether
he’s training in the gym, enjoying a run, or staying active through local
football, golf or pickleball. He also enjoys spending time with his family and
friends or catching a game of NBA or AFL on the tele.
