Are You Playing with a Niggle?
Playing with a niggle is common in netball. Ankle sprains, knee pain, calf tightness and recurring injuries are often managed with rest or by pushing through.
The result is usually a cycle of short-term relief followed by repeated flare-ups. If you are unsure what is going on, or not confident in how to manage it, this clinic is designed to help.
What This Clinic Is
You will spend time with a physiotherapist who understands the demands of netball and can guide you on what to do next.
This is not just a quick check. It is a focused session to help you understand your body and make better decisions about your training and games.
What You Will Get
During your free injury screen, you will receive:
• A brief one-on-one assessment
• Insight into what is likely driving your pain
• Advice on whether you can continue playing
• Clear next steps for managing your injury
Who This Is For
This clinic is ideal for netballers who:
• Are currently playing with pain or tightness
• Have had a recent injury and are unsure what to do
• Keep experiencing the same issue each season
• Want to stay on the court and avoid time off
What Happens Next
If your injury needs further support, we will guide you into a full assessment where we can properly diagnose the issue, build a structured rehab plan, and progress you through strength, control and return to play.
Our focus is not just to reduce pain, but to help you return to the court feeling strong and confident.
