Based off LIFT MOR studies this Onero like program aims to teach you how to change your bone density. 

Osteoporosis & osteopenia weaken bones, increasing the risk of fractures. Treatment often involves prescribed load-bearing exercise, along with strength and balance training. Our program is inspired by the evidence-based LIFTMOR studies, this ONERO like program has demonstrated that targeted, high-intensity strength training can safely and effectively improve bone density.
